Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between Propmother Technologies (“we”) and the company that subscribes to PropMother CRM (“you”). By using the service you accept them.
This policy is being finalised. It describes how the service works today and may change before it is formally published. Contact us if you need the agreed terms in writing.

The service
PropMother CRM is software provided over the internet for managing real-estate sales. We may improve or change features over time; we will not remove a feature you rely on without notice.
Your account
- You are responsible for the people you give access to and for what they do in your workspace.
- Keep sign-in details confidential and turn on two-step sign-in for administrators.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your data
The data you put into the service belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service and as you instruct. You are responsible for having the right to collect and use the personal data of your leads, customers and employees, including any consent needed to message them.
You can export your data while your subscription is active. After it ends we keep the workspace for the retention period and then delete it.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to send unlawful, unsolicited or misleading messages.
- Do not attempt to access another customer’s data or to disrupt the service.
- Do not resell the service without our written agreement.
Plans, limits and payment
Each plan includes the features and limits shown on the pricing page. Fees are charged in advance for the billing period you choose, plus applicable taxes. If a renewal is not paid, the workspace moves through a grace period and a read-only period before it is suspended.
Charges from third parties you connect – portals, WhatsApp, SMS or telephony providers – are billed by them and are your responsibility.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously breached or fees remain unpaid, after giving notice where we reasonably can.
Liability
The service is a tool to help you manage sales; business decisions made with it remain yours. To the extent the law allows, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
