Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter and Growth come with a 14-day trial and Enterprise with 30 days. You do not need a card to start; we set up your workspace after a short demo.
Are prices per user?
No. A plan is one price for your company, up to that plan’s user limit. You are not charged more each time you add a salesperson within the limit.
Is GST included?
Prices are shown before GST. GST is added on the invoice at the applicable rate.
What happens when I reach a limit?
The product tells you which limit you have reached and stops that one action – for example adding an eleventh user on Starter. Nothing else is blocked and no data is lost. You can upgrade or ask us to raise the limit.
What happens to my data if I stop?
You can export your data. After a subscription ends there is a grace period, then the workspace becomes read-only before it is closed; nothing is deleted without notice.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up or down at renewal, or upgrade at any time.
Do message credits cost extra?
Each plan includes SMS and WhatsApp credits for the period. More credits can be added when you need them. Charges from your own WhatsApp, SMS or telephony provider are billed by that provider.
