Propmother Technologies is the company behind PropMother CRM. We started with a simple observation – property businesses were running on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and CRMs designed for someone else.

Why we exist
A property sale is unlike most sales. There is a buyer and a salesperson, but also a specific unit with a price sheet and paperwork, often a channel partner in the middle, and money collected over months or years. General-purpose CRMs handle the first two and leave the rest to spreadsheets.
PropMother CRM was designed around the whole sale: the enquiry, the follow-up, the site visit, the unit, the booking, the instalments and the commission. One record, one system, one login.
We are a new company. You will not find a list of famous customers on this site, because we would rather earn that list than invent it. What you will find is a product you can try, prices you can read, and people you can talk to before you decide.
