- Leads from Facebook Lead Ads and Google Ads lead forms arrive with the campaign and ad details, so you can see which spend produces site visits and bookings.
- A signed webhook for everything else
- Any other source – a landing-page builder, a chatbot, your own software – can post leads to a signed webhook or the capture API with an API key.
- Connection health and logs
- Each connection shows whether it is healthy, the last sync and recent errors, with retry. A failing connection is visible before leads go missing.
- Source on every lead
- Source, campaign and UTM values are stored on the lead and flow into reports, so cost per lead and cost per booking are measured rather than estimated.

Do I need a separate account with each portal?
Yes. PropMother CRM connects to your own account on each portal. Whether a portal sends leads to third-party software depends on your package with that portal.
What if my source is not in the list?
Use the generic webhook or the capture API. If the source can send a web request or an e-mail-to-webhook, it can deliver leads.
How many connections can I have?
Portal and ad connectors are part of the Growth plan (five connections) and Enterprise (unlimited).
