Two different roles
When you visit this website or ask us for a demo, we decide how your details are used – we are responsible for that data.
When a company uses PropMother CRM to store its own leads, customers and employees, that company decides what is collected and why. We process that data only on the company’s instructions, to provide the service. If you are a customer or lead of one of those companies, please contact that company about your data; we will help them respond.
What we collect on this website
- Details you give us in the demo or contact form: name, email address, phone number, company, city, team size and your message.
- The page you sent the form from and campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM values), so we know which pages are useful.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to detect spam and abuse. We do not store the address itself with your enquiry.
- Standard server logs kept for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
The public pages of this website do not set advertising or analytics cookies. When you sign in to the product we set the cookies needed to keep you signed in securely; they are not used to track you elsewhere.
How we use your details
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for other companies’ marketing.
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo or trial.
- To provide, secure and support the service for customers.
- To send service messages such as invoices, renewal reminders and security notices.
- To meet legal obligations.
Who we share data with
We use service providers to run the product – for hosting, database, file storage and sending email, SMS or WhatsApp messages. They process data on our behalf under contract. We will give you the current list on request. We may disclose data when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Website enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Customer data in the product is kept for the life of the subscription and deleted after the retention period that follows cancellation.
How we protect it
Each customer’s data is isolated from every other customer’s, passwords are stored as Argon2id hashes, sensitive values are encrypted, access is limited by role and recorded in an audit log. The security page describes these measures in detail.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or erase it, and you may withdraw consent you have given. You may also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Contact us using the details on the contact page. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top.
