Booking management with payment schedules, receipts and approvals
A booking is where a sale starts to be collected. PropMother CRM turns a lead and a unit into a booking in one flow, then keeps the schedule, the money received and what is still due in one record that sales and accounts both trust.

What you get
What bookings & payments does for you
- Lead to booking in three steps
- Buyer, unit and price, token payment. The unit’s status changes immediately so it cannot be sold twice.
- Payment schedule and demands
- A schedule of milestones with due dates and amounts. Raise a demand, record the receipt against it and see the balance update.
- Receipts and documents
- Printable receipts and booking documents carry your branding. Amounts are shown in Indian format with the amount in words.
- Cancellations with a trail
- Cancelling a booking needs a reason, releases the unit and is recorded – who, when and why.
- Money stored exactly
- Amounts are stored as decimals, never as floating-point numbers, so totals always add up to the paisa.
The result
What changes for your team
- Sales and accounts look at the same numbers.
- Overdue demands are visible per buyer and per project.
- Every cancellation and change is traceable.
Questions about bookings & payments
Who can approve or cancel a booking?
Creating, approving and cancelling a booking are separate permissions, so only the roles you choose can approve or cancel one. Every decision is recorded with who made it and when.
Which payment modes can I record?
Cash, cheque, bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS), UPI and card, each with its reference number.
